what's the different  between “wakarimasen” or “shirimasen” ? This is a very practical phrase and can be heard every day in Japan.  おつかれさまです。（otukaresamadesu） →Closest English translation would be '' Thank you for your hard work'' '' good work'' '' you've worked hard''  When It's use this Phrase?
